* Salary range: $136,538 to $148,242 p.a. (Nurse Grade 7)
* 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
* 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

About your opportunity
The purpose of this role is to demonstrate accountability at an advanced practice level for managing and coordinating ongoing care for women planning termination of pregnancy within Townsville Hospital and Health Service. The role also provides specialist nursing advice, consultation, leadership and education to inter-professional team members in Women's and Children's Clinic, including those relevant to the specific context of this position.
* The role will:
* Coordinate patient centred care across the woman's journey.
* Build effective partnerships by serving as a key point of engagement and coordination for all stakeholders involved in the woman's care.
* Improve outcomes through the delivery of evidence-based care.
* Facilitate system improvement by providing leadership and acting as an agent of change.
* Provide clinical leadership and management support to the Women's Reproductive Health team
Reproductive health services for women, including termination of pregnancy, may be delivered across multiple settings. This role supports seamless care by promoting effective interprofessional and inter/intra-unit collaboration, contributing to service model development and fostering meaningful community and consumer engagement healthcare within a partnership framework.
