**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager within a small team, you will be responsible for providing fortnightly payroll services to the wider SwanCare group. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to superior customer service.
**Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to**:
- End to end payroll processes including data entry, calculations and disbursements.
- Processing and calculating termination payments.
- Transferring pay data from terminal to financial institutions.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for payroll queries.
- Assisting with end of month and end of year processes.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**KEY ROLE REQUIREMENTS**:
- Demonstrated previous experience in a similar payroll position.
- Experience working in aged care or healthcare environment (desirable).
- Working knowledge of Chris 21 (desirable).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Working rights within Australia.
- National Police Clearance.
