Minara Resources has an opportunity for a Graduate Mine Planning Engineer to join our team.

The Role
This role is a member of a hardworking, proactive and committed Mine Engineering team, who are responsible for the delivery of a range of services to the Mining Department in order to satisfy the objectives of the business and maximise the value of the Murrin Murrin Operation. You will be responsible for:
Design of Medium-Term pit designs and associated infrastructure;
Presentation of the Quarterly Medium-Term Mining Plan to stakeholders within the Mining department;
Creation of mine dig plans and material schedules within the 2-5 year planning horizon;
Contribution to the annual Mining Proposal submission to DMIRS; and
Assisting with ad-hoc project work to support Strategic Mine Planning.
About You
This role would suit a tertiary qualified graduate wanting to kick start their career within our sustainable business with a focus on tomorrow. You will also have:
Possess a tertiary qualification in Mine Engineering;
Have some past experience working as a Mining Engineer (open pit preferred) with some exposure to mine planning
Past exposure to mine design and scheduling software;
