Working in team, the roles of the customer/client services officer is to proactively interact with customers and clients to help with their inquiries and needs.
**Duties will include, but not limited to**
- Providing a high level of professional customer service and account management
- Good use of initiative and going above and beyond to service the client/customer
- Dealing directly with customer and clients regarding their inquiry and account needs
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints
- Liaise with team members and departments to ensure customer issues and inquiries are resolved
- General administration and data entry
- Helping with company projects
**To be successful in the role you will have**:
- Previous experience within Customer service, client management or account management
- Can do attitude and motivation
- Drive to learn and develop your shills
- Good understanding of MS Office
