Working in team, the roles of the customer/client services officer is to proactively interact with customers and clients to help with their inquiries and needs.
Duties will include, but not limited to
Providing a high level of professional customer service and account management
Good use of initiative and going above and beyond to service the client/customer
Dealing directly with customer and clients regarding their inquiry and account needs
Investigate and respond to customer complaints
Liaise with team members and departments to ensure customer issues and inquiries are resolved
General administration and data entry
Helping with company projects
To be successful in the role you will have:
Previous experience within Customer service, client management or account management
Can do attitude and motivation
Drive to learn and develop your shills
Good understanding of MS Office
