In this role, you'll lead the day‑to‑day management of application databases and integrations across Haileybury — building and maintaining database views, automation procedures, and ensuring reliable performance that supports staff, students, and our wider community.
Key Responsibilities
As the Data and Integration Administrator, you will:
* Ensure the reliable operation, maintenance and ongoing development of application databases and integrations.
* Deliver professional support to staff, students and parents, resolving system‑related issues with a service‑driven approach.
* Proactively monitor systems, contribute to service enhancements, and collaborate closely with ICT teams and stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for a team player who brings:
* Proven experience in SQL and database development, including T‑SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning and relational database design.
* A problem‑solving mindset, with strengths in data integration, operational support, vendor management and producing clear documentation.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities and uphold legal, privacy and security standards.
Benefits of Joining Haileybury
* Career development & progression: Access to dedicated learning and development programs, leadership opportunities, further study support and high‑degree allowances.
* Flexibility & leave: Hybrid working options, moving day leave, five additional personal leave days, and two extra weeks of leave on top of the standard four weeks — plus bonus Christmas/New Year leave.
* Recognition: Reward and recognition programs, onsite flu vaccinations, and First Aid/CPR training.
* Facilities: Excellent on‑site facilities, beautiful grounds, and a high‑quality working environment.
* Health & Wellbeing: Wellbeing and fitness programs, onsite annual flu vaccinations, and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis/OH&S training.
