Application Technical Specialist

We are looking for the following Skills/Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and delivering secure, web-based business solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365,.
NET development, and Azure cloud services.
Extensive hands-on experience with complex deployment pipelines, leveraging DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools to ensure productive and reliable software delivery.
Familiarity with the Information Security Manual (ISM), its controls, and their application in solution design and build.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and guiding team-oriented remote or distributed teams, applying Agile and SCRUM methodologies to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with industry best practices.
