As a Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality care to our clients. This includes assessing their needs, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance.

You will also be involved in promoting professional standards of practice and conduct, and contributing to the achievement of service goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver quality mental health nursing care at an advanced level.

* Promote professional standards of practice and conduct.

* Contribute to the achievement of service goals and standards.

* Develop and implement individualised care plans.

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
* Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
">
* Current credentialing as a Mental Health Nurse through the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
">
* Extensive experience working in mental health settings and managing clients with severe and persistent mental health conditions and complex needs.
">
* Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
">
* The ability to engage people who are hard to reach and advocate on their behalf.
">
* Ability to use a desktop computer and familiarise yourself with new clinical software packages.
">
