About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with:
* Daily living activities, including personal care and hygiene
* Light housekeeping and meal preparation
* Shopping and transportation
* Social companionship and support
Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one in-home care and support
* Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as required
* Support clients with mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
* Monitor and report client needs and changes in condition

Key Requirements
* Provisional or full driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle and comprehensive insurance

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Immediate availability preferred
