About the role:
CPM Australia is currently recruiting for multiple Beauty Consultants and Customer Service Agents to join our inbound Contact Centre team in Wantirna South, representing the global leader in hair and cosmetics, L'Oréal.
In this role, you will support customers with beauty product enquiries, assist consumers with online orders, and provide expert advice predominantly via live chat, email correspondence, and inbound calls.
You will be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer service.
* Contributing to the building of consumer satisfaction, brand advocacy and loyalty
* Accompanying and guiding customers through their online shopping journey and luxury brand experience
* Providing consultation, recommendation and personal service
* Be responsible for handling consumer communication enquiries and providing consumers with a highly personalised experience throughout
* Maximising sales opportunities by link or cross-selling and driving sales
* Maintaining trends knowledge (social & beauty)
* Offer advice via phone, email and web chat support to consumers.
About you:
* Previous experience in retail and/or call centre environment (highly regarded)
* Previous experience and/or qualifications in the beauty industry
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Strong computer and systems literacy, SAP experience desirable
* Proficiency in social media and online platforms
* Self-motivated, have a positive attitude and are a team player
* Availability to work a combination of weekdays and weekends. The shifts will range from 9am – 9pm (Mon-Fri) and 10am-6pm (Sat-Sun)
