Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions
* Follow structured lesson plans
* Provide timely feedback and progress updates
* Support students with exams, assignments, and class content
* Maintain session records and collaborate with the team
* Foster student confidence and motivation
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience tutoring or teaching Years 7–12 English
* Strong understanding of NSW English curriculum
* Excellent communication and engagement skills
* Organised, reliable, and self-motivated
* Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
* Available during after-school hours and Saturdays
Preferred Skills
* High Band 5 or Band 6 in HSC Advanced/Standard English
* Familiarity with Stage 4–6 syllabus
* Tutoring experience in small groups or one-on-one
* Adaptive teaching strategies
