You will review referrals, conduct intake and assessments, determine eligibility, and offer case management and brief intervention counselling to children and families while they await therapeutic services.ResponsibilitiesReview referrals and complete intake and assessmentsDetermine service eligibility and support clients on waitlistsMake referrals to additional support services and conduct risk assessments and safety planningProvide brief intervention counselling as neededWork collaboratively with a dedicated, client-centred teamSkills and ExperienceWe are seeking a compassionate professional with:A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or related fieldsExperience supporting children and adults impacted by sexual abuseStrong skills in intake, assessment, and therapeutic counselling with children and familiesExceptional interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiationBenefitsSalary: $96,088 per annum (pro-rata) + 11.5% superannuationTax-free salary packaging options up to $15,900 annuallyFlexible, family-friendly working conditionsSupervision and professional development opportunitiesWhy Join Us?At Anglicare WA, we prioritize people and community strength.
