We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team on the Gold Coast. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling premium beer products through independent liquor retail and on-premise venues across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Territory Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, including Byron Bay.
* Time Management: Effectively manage your time to ensure successful on-the-road selling and account management of independent bottle shops, as well as identifying and pursuing further sales opportunities.
* KPIs: Work towards business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including sales, executing brand plans, and maximizing promotions to achieve set targets.
* Business Development: Secure new business accounts and support existing customers by increasing product range and turnover.
* Advocacy: Raise brand awareness through events and festivals as required, and complete tastings/product giveaways during work hours.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales and account management.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Experience in the beverage or alcohol industry.
* Knowledge of the local market and competitors.
