About the Role:

As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating unforgettable experiences and making transactions feel seamless.

Your day-to-day will involve performing check in and check out duties, taking and managing guest bookings, and maximising up-selling opportunities. You will also ensure the daily checklist and reporting is accurate, allowing our overnight team to perform their role efficiently.

To excel in this role, you will need to stay one step ahead of guests' needs, record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns. You will also be responsible for acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, strictly adhering to IHG policy concerning the Trade Practices Act, Gifts and Bribery and Data Privacy.

A capable and confident concierge, you will make sure you are aware of local events and are armed with your own personal experiences. You will also double as a porter and valet, assisting guests with their luggage and transport requirements, while practicing safe driving techniques.
