As a key team member, you will play a vital role in coordinating marketing activities, supporting campaigns, and maintaining effective communication within the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring all documents remain accurate, consistent, and on-brand
* Providing day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling tours, event coordination, and document management
* Managing invoicing, purchase orders, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Tracking and reporting on the customer loyalty program and supporting CRM activities
* Supporting the sales team with the B2B loyalty initiative
* Overseeing the ordering, sourcing, and distribution of promotional materials and branded equipment
* Assisting with in-store promotions across various channels, including wholesale, retail, export, and wet shop
* Upholding the organization's strong commitment to health, safety, and wellbeing
