Service Contracts Administrator
We are working with an organisation within the Automotive industry to recruit a Contracts Administrator for a 6-month contract. This organisation is located in Mulgrave and will offer two days working from home after the initial training period. This role will be working within the Aftermarket parts team supporting with contracts for inclusions to both B2B and B2C customers. This role would suit someone with either Automotive experience, Contracts experience or Finance experience with excellent administration skills and an eye for detail.
Responsibilities
* Using templates to action inclusions on contracts
* Both B2B and B2C contract arrangements
* Work with dealerships to communicate contract inclusions in the event that there is a claim
* High levels excel usage, must be advanced skill level
* Communication with dealerships and internal staff, such as marketing and customer service
* Provide light invoicing duties, including a backlog of invoicing
* Improving processes and making suggestions for workflow.
Qualifications
* Open to background of Automotive, Contract Administration or Finance
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Ability to learn on the job
* Advanced excel skills - there will be testing during interview process
Details
* Mulgrave location, parking onsite
* The successful candidate will need to have their own vehicle as it's not close to public transport
* Hybrid working model after training - two days from home
* Hourly rate $45/hour + super
* Immediate start or a short notice period required
* 6 months contract
