We are recruiting exceptional in-home care support workers to join our team in to ensure we are providing holistic care for our clients.

Responsibilities
Provide personal care and support to elderly clients in their homes
Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help with meal preparation and feeding
Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients
Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments
Perform light housekeeping duties
Transport to medical appointments and social outings
Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour
Background
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
Must have Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent
Previous experience in aged care, NDIS or a similar role is preferred
Valid police check
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
