We are currently seeking applications for an experienced Administration Assistant to support our Property Management Team within our Shepparton office. The position includes training on our systems, procedures, and software programs, with the view of assisting the senior property managers.

The successful applicant will be part of the national Stockdale & Leggo network, offering a career path in Real Estate.

Position: FULL TIME - 5 days (38 Hours) 8.30am-5.00pm


About the position:

* Assist senior property managers with the day-to-day operation of our rental department
* Meet and greet clients professionally & maintain relationships
* Data entry, scanning, emailing & liaising with the Property Management Team
* Assist with reports for routine/ingoing/outgoing inspections
* Process maintenance requests, follow up with tradespersons
* Respond to email and website enquiries
* Handle rental marketing, screens, sign boards


Skills required:

* Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
* Agent's Rep certificate (or willingness to undertake immediately)
* Experience in a highly functional administration or real estate office
* Demonstrated local knowledge of the area
* Ability to work proactively as part of a team & unsupervised
* Multi-tasking and professional communication skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail

The applicant should be professionally presented, pride themselves on high customer service, have excellent communication skills, and a willingness to succeed.
