Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to launch for new sellers.
* Negotiate with C-suite executives and consult retailers on selling opportunities.
* Enable sellers to effectively use Amazon's tools and systems.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, driving their growth on Amazon.
* Achieve business objectives and drive growth in Amazon's third-party business.
* Identify scalable solutions to enhance the marketplace for all sellers.
* Collaborate on projects to improve customer and seller experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Inside sales experience: 3+ years.
* Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
* Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems.
* Business-to-business development and account management experience.
* Program and product management experience, ability to initiate and invent business solutions to meet customer needs.
* Ability to work in a complex team environment, managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating when necessary.
