ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
Concession Boutique Manager – full‑time (Tuesday‑Saturday) – leads a dynamic boutique team to deliver exceptional results.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Elka Collective.
* Monitor store sales performance and support continuous improvement.
* Oversee store operations, including stockroom and immaculate visual merchandising.
* Deliver a standout customer experience, hosting in‑store seasonal events.
* Develop and maintain VIP customer relationships.
* Manage loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controls.
* Effectively control store wage costs and manage rosters for success.
* Recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing team aligned with brand values.
* Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S legislation.
ABOUT YOU
* Skills in training, coaching, and mentoring a retail team.
* Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation.
* A proven record of driving KPIs, efficient stock control and visual merchandising.
* Experience in roster and wage management.
* A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning.
* Confidence in communicating with all levels of stakeholders.
