We're looking for a Construction Supervisor (Toowoomba) who can handle the pace. Someone who's good at scheduling, sharp on quality control and quick to solve problems. You'll be across a high volume of projects, so organisation and clear communication are key.

What You'll Do
* Work with the Construction Manager to keep projects on track
* Supervise and direct crews on site so jobs finish on time and to spec
* Line up trades, suppliers and deliveries so nothing stalls
* Keep a close eye on progress and quality, fixing issues as soon as they pop up
* Make sure every job meets building codes, safety rules and company standards
* Handle the paperwork and admin that keeps sites running smoothly
* Build a positive, collaborative vibe on site where teamwork gets results
What You'll Bring
* Solid volume building experience (supervising or on the tools)
* Current QBCC licence, White Card and driver's licence
* A strong local trade base and supplier relationships
* Confidence with construction scheduling tech (Buildtrend, Evolve or similar)
* Ability to spot issues early and fix them fast
* Knowledge of building codes, OHS regulations and QA systems
* Leadership that keeps teams motivated and jobs on schedule
