About the Role:
As a leader, you'll play a key role in supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day operations of the site. You'll lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a smile Your responsibilities will include:
Mentoring and training team members to deliver outstanding service
Maintaining high standards with store presentation and cleanliness
Assisting with rostering to meet operational needs
Managing food preparation and handling in line with safety standards
Meeting store budgets and KPIs
Merchandising and stock rotation with creativity and precision
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
A passion for customer service and team leadership
Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Physically capable to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to Open shifts from Sunday to Thursday
Adaptable and confident in using technology
