Job Opportunity
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a la carte service, with the ability to carry heavy plates and manage multiple sections.
* For bar staff, minimum of 2 years' experience as a mixologist or bartender.
* Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills are essential for success.
* High standards of grooming and presentation are expected.
* A flexible roster is available over 7 days (Lunch & Dinner) including public holidays.
* Staff must reside locally without any working restrictions in Australia.
