Job Description:
The role of Customer Service Representative plays a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
* Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to orders, pricing, products, and scheduling.
* Efficiently process orders, confirming details with customers, including terms, pricing, and accurate delivery schedules.
* Maintain accurate shipping and logistics information, updating customers as necessary.
* Ensure allocated products are shipped promptly.
* Manage invoicing routines, consignments, and collections processes.
* Process returns and claims, following up with customers as required.
* Document all issues within the internal quality system.
* Configure and maintain items and customers within the ERP system.
* Act as a liaison between customers, external sales teams, and production/supply facilities.
* Gather and evaluate relevant information to resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
* Collaborate with manufacturing to enhance sales forecasts, availability, and on-time shipments.
* Interface with freight couriers and forwarders.
