About the Role We're looking for a Sr.
Product Manager - Brands to own the vision, strategy and delivery of our Supplier capabilities and Trade Portal.
This is not a role for someone who simply manages a backlog — you will define the vision, build the strategy, and bring entirely new capabilities to life.
This is a unique opportunity to build a market-defining product in an industry still reliant on spreadsheets and trade shows.
Responsibilities Develop a compelling long-term vision and strategy for Supplier capabilities and the Trade Portal.
Translate that vision into clear, actionable roadmaps and priorities.
Lead end-to-end creation of new capabilities and experiences - from concept through launch and scaling.
Engage deeply with Suppliers, Brands and the design community to uncover problems and validate solutions.
Use customer insights to inspire and inform product decisions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products at pace.
Establish processes that enable speed, learning, and continuous improvement.
Define clear KPIs to track adoption, engagement, and success.
Use data, experimentation, and feedback to iterate and optimise.
Collaborate with Marketing & CX to create effective onboarding, education, and growth strategies.
Support the positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience and ICP.
Ensure every experience we deliver is intuitive, elegant and consistent with Programa's broader platform.
Experience 7+ years as a Product Manager at a Saa S company.
Demonstrated success in owning complex products end-to-end - from discovery through launch and iteration.
Proven success creating and launching new products or platforms from scratch, not just optimising existing ones.
Comfortable with data-driven decision making and defining clear success metrics Excellent communication, able to align stakeholders and inspire teams Bonus Experience Familiarity with the Architecture, Design or Supplier industries Exposure to analytics products and workflow automation #J-18808-Ljbffr
