Salary packaging is also available.About The RoleThe Workplace Trainer and Careers Advisor role is responsible for providing essential training and assessment activities for non-clinical employees covered under the Victorian Public Health Sector (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers) Single Interest Enterprise Agreement.The role is required to work at all 3 campuses of NCN Health as part of the People and Culture Department, providing essential training and assessment activities for non-clinical staff of NCN Health, including; designing and developing learning programs; using training packages and accredited courses across Certificate II to Diploma levels to meet employee’s needs for classifications covered by the Agreement and as directed by the OHS Manager or Director of People and Culture.
