A Day in the Life
You will report to the Medical Field Manager and join the NSW Medical Field team covering Sydney South West, Liverpool area (with occasional regional/rural travel). This role connects dermatologists and GPs to our dermatological brands and drives territory performance.
* Customer Engagement & Growth: Build strong relationships with dermatologists and GPs, detail dermatological formulations and secure clinical recommendations.
* Territory Planning & Omnichannel Execution: Develop and implement a territory business plan combining face‐to‐face and digital engagements to deliver a personalised omni‐channel customer experience.
* Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Medical, Commercial and Marketing teams; share intel with your territory brand buddy and log daily activity in Veeva CRM.
* Events & Advocacy: Represent the brand at conferences, host or attend medical events and act as a trusted brand ambassador.
We Are Looking For You
We are looking for a motivated, curious and commercially minded individual with strong interpersonal skills.
* Stakeholder & Relationship Management
* Commercial & Customer‐Centric Selling
* Clinical / Therapeutic Knowledge (dermatology advantageous)
* Omnichannel Engagement & Digital Communication
* CRM & Data‐driven Reporting (Veeva experience beneficial)
* Tertiary qualifications in pharmacy or a field of science preferred but not essential. Previous medical sales experience with GPs or specialists is highly regarded.
