Job Description
The role of a High Impact Human Resources Coordinator is to provide high-quality client-focused services and contribute to the design, management, and delivery of significant human resource management projects and programs. This involves assisting, coordinating, and supporting internal stakeholders, including senior managers and union representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide effective written and verbal communication skills, preparing and coordinating formal written communications.
* Complete ad hoc administrative requests to support the effective running of the unit.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Process and monitor the status of ministerial and senior executive correspondence, briefings, and communications prepared by the unit.

* Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prepare and coordinate formal written communications.
