About the Role
Join a supportive mental health team where your care helps people move toward recovery. As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll deliver person-centred care, build trusted connections and maintain safe practice, working closely with Registered Nurses and the wider care team.
What you'll do
• Deliver direct mental health nursing care under RN guidance
• Support recovery through education, counselling and groups
• Maintain safe, accountable practice within scope
• Build strong links with clinicians and community partners
• Support peers and grow your own clinical skills
About You
You're a motivated Enrolled Nurse ready to provide compassionate, recovery-focused mental health care. You bring strong clinical skills, initiative and a collaborative approach to support consumers and the wider care team.
• Registered Enrolled Nurse with current practising certificate
• Competent in mental health nursing and therapeutic care
• Skilled in assessment, planning, evaluation and group work
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Knowledge of legislation, quality standards and recovery principles
