Documentalist Opportunity in ICT Environment
This role involves creating clear, accurate and user-focused documentation that supports system upgrades and technical project delivery.
* Develop high-quality documentation for system configuration, processes and workflows.
* Collaborate with system analysts, UX teams and engineers to gather information and ensure accuracy.
The ideal candidate will have experience in technical writing within ICT environments and strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Experience supporting organisational change initiatives.
* Knowledge of user-centred design principles.
