**What this job involves**:
Responsibility for the delivery of Facilities Management services for a government client in Canberra. This is a part time role, 2.5 working days a week on an on-going casual basis.
**A snapshot of the role**:
**Relationship Management**: Develop and manage relationships with occupiers and clients, ensuring service delivery expectations are exceeded.
**Property Compliance**: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, conduct annual inspections, manage health and safety audits, and oversee compliance consultants.
**Planned Maintenance Management**: Schedule and manage preventative maintenance programs, oversee third-party suppliers, monitor contractor performance, and manage engineering and building maintenance contracts.
**Non-routine Maintenance Management**: Manage third-party supplier relationships, handle competitive quotations, and provide monthly progress reports.
**Financial Management**: Manage service contract purchase orders, approve invoices, resolve payment issues, analyze and report on FM expenditure, and contribute to annual budgeting processes.
**General Responsibilities**: Comply with JLL and client policies, work collaboratively with FM On Demand and client account teams, contribute to ongoing improvement, and foster a positive work environment.

This individual will thrive on inspiring and developing their team, demonstrating proactivity and a keen eye for detail while skillfully balancing multiple priorities, possessing a can-do attitude with proven ability to build and maintain relationships, and exhibiting strategic thinking capabilities that allow them to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively.
7 to 10 years property management experience or 5+ years in a related field
FM or Technical qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
Australian Citizen
Experience with managing critical environments and projects within this environment.
Ability to deal with a variety of issues concurrently, within tight operational deadlines
