This role leads on training Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retail strategy and acts as a Brand Ambassador to support Public Relations (PR) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) events to build client loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver product knowledge, selling, and service strategies to Beauty Advisors.
* Educate the team on how to elevate client skin to offer correct treatments based on needs.
* Identify training needs of Beauty Advisors for excellent client service, strong selling skills, and goal achievement within three months of employment.
* Support Beauty Advisor team in field via product knowledge refresh coaching and Advanced Operation Planning (AOP)/Advanced Operating Budget (AOB) technique training.
* Motivate, lead, and encourage Retail Coaches and Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets.
* Develop coaching plan with Retail Manager and Retail Coaches to improve performance and KPIs.
* Create training calendar aligned with business needs, providing detailed information on training program operations and maintenance.
Required Skills:
* 5+ years experience in Retail Training and Retail Sales.
* Beauty Industry experience is essential.
* Knowledge of skin physiology and anatomy.
* Professional presentation skills.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
