**The Position**:
As the Adult Clinical Lead, Inpatient & Community you will be responsible for delivering timely expert mental health assessments and care in various settings, including mental health inpatient and community, as well as general hospital and clinical settings. This position emphasises adult mental health care and involves collaboration with consumers, their families, and social networks, along with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare partners.
You will support colleagues in developing processes for resource efficiency, maintaining high clinical and scholarly standards, participating in patient quality and safety activities, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, engaging in review and change processes, addressing local needs, and facilitating communication between clinical teams and the Mental Health Executive.

**Essential Criteria**:
Must hold FRANZCP and be eligible for Specialist registration with AHPRA or eligibility for substantially comparable assessment with RANZCP.
