About The Role
The Council is committed to enhancing recreational spaces, exemplified by the development of the Buchanan Park Facility. The complex requires maintenance of grounds, gardens, irrigation, and general site facilities. The role involves collaborating with various Council departments to ensure maintenance and operational activities meet scheduled plans and quality standards.

Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in maintenance tasks, with the ability to identify and undertake preventative maintenance.
* Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety practices and ability to promote a safety culture.
* Self-motivated with strong time management skills, capable of working independently and within a team.
* Good literacy and numeracy skills for maintaining records and completing documentation.
* Trade qualifications and relevant experience are preferred but not essential.
