The Position
Your responsibilities in the role of Senior Property Manager include:
* Managing a well-maintained property portfolio of 200 properties based in the Eastern Suburbs
* Dedicated Leasing Consultant for your portfolio
* Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants
* Manage repairs and maintenance
* Rental arrears management
* Managing bond claims and attendance at NCAT when required
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:
* A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
* A reliable car and a valid driver's license
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Impeccable time management and organisational skills
* Knowledge of/experience working in the Eastern Suburbs marketplace is ideal
