Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day staffing and referral allocation across surgical, medical & rehabilitation services for adult inpatients.
Provide line management and supervision, fostering teamwork and supporting clinical decision-making.
Maintain effective communication across all levels of staff and ensure efficient caseload management.
Mentor and supervise staff, providing regular coaching and creating a supportive environment for professional growth.
Lead quality improvement initiatives, research participation and health excellence award opportunities.
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced acute clinical setting.
