Job Description
* Preparation and maintenance of project governance and administration documentation
* Track project progress and provide regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders
* Produce meeting minutes, agendas and monthly reports
* Support design management and procurement activities
* Support stakeholder consultation
* Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with T&T safety on projects checklist
* Assist the Project Manager and Project Director with tasks such as cost reporting, program, service provider performance monitoring, risk register updates, quality assurance, etc.
* Assist with bids for future work in the region, including bid plans and liaison with the risk team
Qualifications
* Recognised degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management or relatable trade experience
* 3-5 years project management experience (ideally client side/consulting)
* Ability to work within a large team environment and exhibit a growth mindset
* Ability to thrive in a high‐pressure, fast‐paced environment
* Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong report and writing skills
* Willingness to perform general office assistance duties
* Capability to fit into a small team environment and maintain a growth mindset
* Retail project experience is ideal
