We have an exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef to work in an Asian Kitchen with classic Chinese dishes with a modern twist as the focus at this eatery. Using fresh locally sourced produce and located within The Ville Resort Casino in Townsville.

The successful applicant must have:
* Experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen
* A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
* If planning to apply for a visa, a Cert IV and a Diploma in Hospitality are required
We do assist with Visa if required, however, you MUST currently be in Australia for onsite assessment.
