About the Role
We're seeking an Architect to lead our team in New England and New York.
* Manage residential and small public projects across the region.
This is a significant opportunity to contribute to the development of a new regional presence for the firm.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with senior design staff.
* Lead project development from early design through construction.
* Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
* Coordinate drawing packages and review shop drawings.
* Participate in project meetings and site visits as needed.
* Produce high-quality design and technical documents using Revit and SketchUp.
* Manage project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications
* Accredited degree in architecture.
* Minimum 5 years of experience.
* Strong skills in 3D design drawing (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino).
* Strong design and detailing ability.
* Confident communicator, able to build and maintain relationships.
* Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
* Familiarity with residential and small public building types.
