Estilo Furniture and Lighting was founded in 2003 and is South Australian owned and operated. We are the direct importers of high-quality Italian, German, American, and Scandinavian brands, working in collaboration with some of the world’s most renowned designers. In addition to our extensive international product range, we support Australian-designed and manufactured products, and are the local distributors for some of Australia's finest furniture, workstations, and lighting.

About the Role
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team at the Kent Town Office/Warehouse.
Our clients require goods, which we order, deliver, and coordinate on-site for assembly, mainly for some of Adelaide's largest and most prestigious building projects.
Experience in project management within the building or refurbishment sector is essential.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to quickly learn our ‘Options’ software.
As a project-based business, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of organisation and accuracy is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

* Follow up on purchase order ETAs with suppliers
* Coordinate on-site installation of furniture and workstations with builders
* Communicate with our customers’ project managers to ensure timely delivery and installation
* Coordinate with showroom colleagues, suppliers, transport companies, and contractors
* Assist with receiving goods and stock transfers
* Check picking slips and arrange product pickups from our warehouse
* Schedule interstate and local freight
* Manage product warranty issues and defects

What you'll bring to the role:

* Experience in logistics, project management, or a relevant trade or furniture background
* Experience with commercial furniture and workstations is advantageous but not essential
* Ability to build and maintain product knowledge
* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
* Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
* Proficiency in MS Office and related software
* Current driver’s licence is mandatory
