Position Available:
Food & Beverage Supervisor / Team Leader (Casual or Full Time)
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding service to our guests in a fast-paced environment.
* Assist in setting up and clearing dining areas, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere.
* Take orders and deliver food and beverages with a friendly demeanour.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Experience, Skills, and Attributes:
* Previous experience in a food and beverage role is required.
* Wine, cocktail and fine dining knowledge is a significant advantage.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment.
* Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
* RSA and food handlers certificate required
