This 18-month program offers a permanent position with structured development modules, practical workshops, and clinical placements. You'll have the chance to build on your day one competencies and continue learning and developing through hands-on experience.
* **Clinical Placements**: Choose from a variety of options, including Specialty & Emergency hospitals, the RSPCA, and international charitable placements through the Petbarn Foundation.
* **Structured Development Modules**: Gain comprehensive training and support to enhance your clinical skills and confidence.
* **Mentoring**: Work closely with experienced veterinarians and industry professionals who will guide and support you throughout your career.
Your Role
As a new vet, you'll be introduced to consulting, surgical, and medical case management at a pace that suits you. Our team is committed to providing a nurturing, collaborative, informative, and fun environment for you to grow and develop.
