We're seeking an Operations & Partnerships Manager (ACT) to join our team. In this senior role, you'll report directly to our State Operations Manager, guiding and mentoring a team of Regional Managers while playing a key role in strengthening school partnerships, delivering remarkable program quality, and driving operational excellence and growth across the ACT.
What You'll Do
* Oversee Multi-Site Operations: Lead a team of Regional Managers across multiple services, ensuring seamless operations and consistent excellence across all programs.
* Drive Operational Excellence: Champion quality and accountability by overseeing service delivery, ensuring alignment with TeamKids values, the My Time, Our Place Framework, and all National Quality Standards and regulations.
* Develop & Empower Teams: Mentor and support your Regional Manager team, providing guidance across staffing, programming, and operations while fostering a culture of engagement, development, and continuous improvement.
* Own Partnerships & Growth: Build and strengthen relationships with school principals and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted partner to schools. Identify opportunities to retain and grow services, enhance offerings, and support new business opportunities across the ACT.
* Manage Finances & Performance: Oversee budgets, labour, and service performance to ensure operational and commercial viability, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
* Engage Stakeholders: Act as the key liaison between schools and TeamKids, ensuring strong communication, collaboration, and alignment across internal teams and external partners.
* Ensure Safety & Compliance:Partner with Quality and Compliance teams to manage risk, uphold child safety, and ensure all services meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
Who You Are
* Experienced in OSHC: You have a strong track record managing multi-site operations in the OSHC sector and understand its unique challenges.

* Road-Ready: You hold a valid driver's licence and are prepared to support our teams on the road.
