Are you an experienced Psychologist/Social worker or Counsellor who is passionate about strengthening professional practice across an organisation?
Centacare North Queensland is seeking a highly experienced Practice Supervisor to provide professional supervision, training and development across our services.
Reporting to the CEO you will contribute to ensuring; safe, ethical and evidence-based practice across the organisation.

Description:
The Opportunity
As Practice Supervisor, you will:
Provide professional supervision to staff across programs
Guide teams through complex case discussions, risk and child safety matters
Conduct file audits, practice observations and quality reviews
Contribute to strategic planning and leadership functions
Support performance improvement processes in collaboration with Managers and HR
Develop and deliver professional development workshops
Strengthen ethical and evidence-based practice frameworks
You will be a key member of the Management Team and play a pivotal role in cultivating robust, competent and values-aligned practice across Centacare NQ
Skills and Experiences: What You Bring
Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Social Work
Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in social/community services
Extensive experience providing professional supervision
Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions, risk assessment and child safety
Ability to challenge constructively and supportively
Exceptional interpersonal and leadership capability
High-level organisational and administrative skills
Registration as a Psychologist (with supervision approval) or AASW registration is highly regarded.
