Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of finance, including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, payroll, and compliance with legislative requirements. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in finance/accounting and be proficient in bookkeeping/accounting software.
Main Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable & Receivable: Timely completion of transactions with high accuracy.
* Budgets: Annual budgets creation and expenses tracking.
* Payroll: Leave management ensuring HR activities comply with legislation.
* Workplace Health & Safety: Documentation oversight and compliance with staff and property related matters.
* Properties & Tenancy: Capital and expenditure management – offices and residential buildings.
* Grants: Support for grant programs working with our team.
* Reporting & Documentation: Financial procedures development and dissemination to staff.
