We're now scaling our Australian sales team and looking for people we actually want to work with.
The Role
You'll be working directly under the Head of Sales (Australia), closing high-value retainers across hospitality, real estate, e-commerce, automotive, and service brands.
This isn't a script-reading role.
You'll be trusted, trained, and backed to perform.
What you'll be doing:
* Running discovery calls with business owners & marketing leaders
* Selling monthly retainers ($5.5K–$15K+)
* Owning your pipeline end-to-end
* Learning a proven sales system around viral content
* Growing into senior sales or leadership as we scale

* Sales experience (agency, SaaS, media, telco, real estate, or high-ticket)
* Comfortable speaking to decision-makers
* Driven by performance and growth
* Happy to be accountable for results
Bonus if you've sold retainers or marketing services before.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Footscray VIC 3011
