Culinary Professional
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking patient and staff meals to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook a variety of meals for patients and staff.
* Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with Department of Health and FoodSafe standards and guidelines.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve daily menu production targets.
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.

* Proven experience in a similar role within a healthcare setting.
* Strong understanding of nutrition and meal planning principles.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
