About the Opportunity
You will be working in our high-performing team as a Senior Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Benchmark performance metrics, track business KPIs, and ensure the team achieves sales and operational goals.
* Manage financial budgets and forecasting in collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Run weekly team meetings, prepare reporting packs, and provide clear accountability frameworks.
* Support driving lead generation, pipeline management, and business development initiatives.
Client Relationship & Communication:
* Manage client relationships from listing through to settlement, ensuring a seamless experience.
Marketing & Campaign Oversight:
* Oversee marketing for property campaigns, ensuring execution aligns with our premium brand.
* Liaise with internal and external suppliers, direct workflow of service providers, and manage deadlines.
Operational Support:
* Manage diary scheduling, appointment setting, and priority management for Jamie.
About You
Proven track record with at least 3 years' experience in real estate co-agent positions.
* High degree of time management skills, ability to manage projects simultaneously.
* Eye for detail in work, presentation, and personal standards.
* Personal accountability, striving to achieve KPIs and own results.
