Youth Support Worker Role Summary
APM's Transition to Work program is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team as Youth Support Workers in Batemans Bay, NSW. As a Youth Support Worker, you will be responsible for assessing participants' needs, identifying barriers to employment, and developing solutions-focused approaches to support young people in achieving ongoing education and/or employment.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, bringing your drive, passion, and customer service skills to enable better lives for our participants. You will take responsibility for building relationships with young people and key stakeholders, working together to maximize job opportunities and promote employment outcomes.

Key Requirements:
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
* Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
* Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
* Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
