Job Role: Human Resources Officer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist with end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, support the implementation of HR projects and programs, and provide advice on employee lifecycle matters.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in implementing people management strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Support HR projects, programs, and systems
* Provide guidance and advice across the organisation on employee lifecycle matters

Requirements:

* Experience in recruitment processes
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient computer skills using MS Office software
