This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in precision, and wants to make an impact across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist HR Manager with all people and culture initiatives
Champion seamless and engaging onboarding experiences that set every new hire up for success from day one
Lead recruitment for our vineyard and retail teams (including vintage recruitment each year)
Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries across the business
Prepare contracts, reference checks, and staff announcements and related HR admin activities
Assist leaders on career development, coordinate training programs, and support our people's growth journey from probation to promotion
Support recognition programs, employee check-ins, and staff surveys
Craft engaging people communications, support our employer brand, build resources and materials for intranet
Become our HRIS champion, maintaining data integrity while identifying automation opportunities that make everyone's life easier
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events
Support the management of workers' compensation and return-to-work cases
Help drive compliance, HRIS updates, and best-practice documentation
What We're Looking For
1–2+ years of HR admin or coordination experience
Strong organisation and follow-through — you enjoy ticking things off a list
Friendly, skilled communication style
Cultural intelligence and well-versed stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with employment contracts, award interpretation, and HR systems is a bonus
Someone who loves the details but never forgets the people
Ability to work autonomously, not afraid to take ownership
Multi-culture preferred understanding the nuances of working across diverse cultures and geographic locations
A proactive go-getter!
